Steve is a Detective Chief Inspector, the Head of Information Capability and Engagement with NaCTSO and responsible for engagement with business and industry. As joint chair of the Counter Terrorism Business Information Exchange (CT BIE), he works with business and industry leaders to oversee projects delivered jointly by NaCTSO and business. Steve is responsible for the multi-award winning ACT e-learning, ACT App and the Information Sharing Platform. He is also co-chair of the Security Institute Counter Terrorism Special Interest Group (CTSIG).
